You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

MyCrewAI connects to third-party services (Google, health platforms, mapping providers). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or their handling of your data.
7. Subscription & Payments
Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing is displayed before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
8. Limitation of Liability
MyCrewAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
